The Black Dog Institute has created the youth program 'Bite Back' where you can amplify the good in your life, share with others, check out videos, blogs and interviews, check and track your mental fitness, and do lots of activities!
MoodGYM is an interactive program that helps you explore why you feel the way you do, changing the way you think, understanding what makes you upset and assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
