GRIEF/ LOSS

I can't believe she's gone! I should've

done more for her when she was here. I don't want to talk about it!

Losing someone special  takes time to process.

It is important to honour their  memory and remember the positives - what they want you to  remember.

It is common to  have a lot of  questions in the beginning and it is okay to have time to yourself. Keeping those special to you  close is also very important.
