Year Coordinator assesses the best approach to assist the student in light of information from other sources
No referral to counselling at this stage
Year Coordinator, in consultation with referring teacher, parents or student, provides ongoing support
Referral to counselling
Year Coordinator makes additional comments to the referral document, if necessary, and submits to the counsellor
Counsellor initiates appointment with student
Counsellor informs the referring staff member and Year Coordinator that counselling has begun
