Mindfulness is a great tool for everyone and SMILING MIND is an awesome website that caters for all ages - so even if you have never heard of mindfulness, this is a brilliant foray into the world of staying calm.

MEDITATION

In today's world we don't often make time to be still. MEDITATION can be a method for learning how to stop and become more calm. Meditation can also help with focus and clarity.
